Please call or email the organizer for current suggested prices, remember packages are designed by the sponsors and negotiable.

Events

Your business name will be included in the title, and will be shown to our members on their home page, on our calendar (see http://moms.meetup.co..., the event page, and sent in four emails relating to the event as follows. The name of your business will be included in the title of the emails, so members don’t even have to open the email to see it!

2 weeks before the event: Announcing Mall Walk sponsored by your business
1 week before the event: Reminder Mall Walk sponsored by your business in one week
Day before event: Reminder: Mall Walk sponsored by your business is tomorrow!
Day of: How was Mall Walk sponsored by your business?

Flyers

Flyers can be handed out at events for our sponsors in a simple exchange for sharing our cards/flyers at their business’s location front entrance, customer packets, etc.

Logos/Info on Shirts

Since the group shirts are a large expense for a group that does not carry funds, we offer them to our sponsors. The sponsor’s logos and information will be printed on the back of the shirts. Shirts are worn by members, children, and anyone else wanting one.

Group Picture

The group picture for our public group is also available. This picture is displayed on our welcome page (not to be confused with the about page which is what the basic sponsor package covers), on meetup.com’s “find a mom’s group in Spokane” page, the group member’s homepage, and on the ‘other meetups nearby’ sidebar. The other meetups nearby side bar appears on all local groups. Our group will be displayed to other groups with similar interests. For example, if a sponsor ads on the option for group picture, it will be displayed on the sidebar to all members of mommy groups in Spokane (accumulative of 500 members and growing).

Organizer Profile Picture

The organizer profile is on the left sidebar of every group page. It also appears on the events under the RSVP section and the message board.

Ad in Annual

Every year, our group gathers photos and binds them into books to be distributed for free to the group members. In the front and back will be sponsors ads listing sponsor information.
